Melty Island で遊んだ映像は、
そのまま配信・録画・投稿してくれることを歓迎します。

対象コンテンツ / Scope
このガイドラインは、Melty Island 99 Bot Royale を実際にプレイした際のゲームプレイ映像・スクリーンショット・実況・配信・切り抜きを対象としています。 楽曲・アート・ロゴなど、公式素材そのものの利用については「要相談」または「できないこと」に分類されます。
These guidelines cover gameplay footage, screenshots, commentary, live streams, and clips captured while actually playing Melty Island 99 Bot Royale. Use of official assets themselves — music, artwork, logos — falls under “Ask us first” or “What you can’t do” below.

できること / What you can do
申請や連絡は不要です。そのまま楽しんでください。
No application or prior contact needed. Just go ahead and enjoy.
配信・投稿 / Streaming & posting
- ゲームプレイのそのままの配信・録画・投稿（オリジナル楽曲が流れている状態＝ゲーム映像と一体のまま） Stream, record, and post your gameplay as it is, with the in-game music playing as part of the footage.
- 実況・リアクション・解説・コメント付きの動画／配信 Commentary, reaction, walkthrough, and talk-over videos or streams.
- スクリーンショット・GIF・クリップのSNS投稿 Posting screenshots, GIFs, and clips on social media.
- 切り抜き・ハイライト・ショート動画（プレイ映像として） Clips, highlight reels, and short-form videos made from gameplay footage.

できないこと / What you can’t do
この島の音楽とアートは、参加アーティストが本作のために書き下ろし・描き下ろした作品です。以下はご遠慮ください。
The music and artwork on this island were created by our artists specifically for this project. Please refrain from the following.
音楽について / Music
- 楽曲の編集・リミックス・改変・カット／加工 Editing, remixing, altering, cutting, or processing the music.
- 音源の抽出・リッピング（ゲーム映像から音だけを切り出す行為） Extracting or ripping the audio out of the game footage.
- サントラ・音源の単独アップロード／再配布 Uploading or redistributing the soundtrack or audio on its own.
- 音楽を無関係な動画・コンテンツのBGMとして転用する行為 Reusing the music as background music for unrelated videos or content.
※ 楽曲は「ゲーム映像と一体の形」でのみご利用いただけます。
The music may only be used together with the gameplay footage it appears in.
アートについて / Artwork
- Emil Öhlund 氏のアートなど、公式ビジュアル素材の抽出・改変・トレース・単独転載 Extracting, altering, tracing, or reposting official visual assets such as Emil Öhlund’s artwork on their own.
- 公式素材（画像・ロゴ等）をそのまま使った作品の販売 Selling works that use official assets such as images or logos as-is.
共通 / General
- 商用販売・転売（プレイ映像・音源・画像を商品として売る行為） Selling or reselling gameplay footage, audio, or images as products.
- 公式との誤認、スポンサー・提携の詐称（Alche・Ryota・Epic Games 等の公認／協賛を装うこと） Presenting your content as official, or falsely claiming endorsement or sponsorship by Alche, Ryota, Epic Games, or others.
- 過度に暴力的・性的・差別的など、作品や参加アーティストを傷つける不適切な文脈での利用 Use in excessively violent, sexual, or discriminatory contexts, or any context that harms the work or the artists involved.
- NFT・ブロックチェーンでの利用、生成AIの学習データ・素材としての利用 Use in NFTs or on blockchains, or as training data or material for generative AI.
- 法令違反、チートやハックへの誘導 Anything unlawful, or that promotes cheating or hacking.

- 法人・ブランドによる商用利用、スポンサード動画・タイアップ Commercial use by companies or brands, sponsored videos, and tie-ins.
- グッズ化・物販 Merchandise and physical goods.
- 公式コラボ・イベントでの利用 Official collaborations and use at events.
- 上記「できないこと」を伴う特別な企画 Special projects that involve anything listed under “What you can’t do”.

このガイドラインに記載のない項目については、Epic Games のコミュニティ規定をご覧ください。Melty Island は フォートナイト内の島としてプレイするコンテンツのため、Epic Games の定めるルールも併せて適用されます。
For anything not covered here, please refer to the Epic Games Community Rules. Melty Island is played inside Fortnite, so Epic’s rules apply as well.
